Akuba can create many of these, and she delights in imbuing the animating spirit with a duty to protect her coven. Unknown to Akuba, however, the poor quality of the remains and the intractability of the kami have left these  creations with a fatal flaw, one that means any lucky blow may sever the connection between the animating force and the remains, destroying the physical presence and banishing the dark animus.
This model significantly expands the available Cult range of skeletons; we may see all skeleton lists eventually! These offer more options to Yuta players for the From Below... Ki Feat and some super low Rice Cost models. While they are as resilient as most Gashadokuro, beware of the dreaded doubles! Any double on a damage roll will destroy your model, so you have another factor to consider in a Melee Exchange.
